Refund and Return Policy
At CheckPoint, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Because we serve both our local community in Jordan and customers worldwide, we have established clear, transparent guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure full alignment with consumer protection standards.
1. Domestic Returns & Refunds (Within Jordan)
We offer a dedicated return window for orders delivered within Jordan to ensure your items arrive safely and exactly as described.
- Return Window: You have twenty-four (24) hours after receiving your item to request a return if there is a defect or an issue with your order.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and completely sealed in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
- How to Start a Return: To initiate a local return, contact our support team directly at info@checkpointjo.net. If your return request is accepted due to a product defect or order error, we will send you a return shipping label alongside comprehensive instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Items sent back to us without a prior formal return request will not be accepted.
2. International Orders (Outside of Jordan)
Due to international shipping logistics, customs processing, and cross-border transit regulations, all sales shipped outside of Jordan are considered final.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders unless a major localized order processing mistake occurred from our end before dispatch.
- If an international package arrives heavily damaged during transit, please document the damage with clear photos and email us at info@checkpointjo.net within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery so our team can investigate the issue with the global courier service.
3. Policy on Customer Remorse ("Change of Mind")
Please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for customer remorse. If you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the product, or made an incorrect selection at checkout, a refund or exchange will not be provided. We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain classifications of products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Custom and Personalized Products: Special orders, custom-made items, or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
- Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (such as specific car diffusers, refills, or specialized aerosol lifestyle gear).
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, or provide refunds/credits, for items purchased on sale, promotional clearance, or via gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the defective or incorrect item you have (applicable only for local orders within Jordan). Once your return is officially accepted, you can make a separate, new purchase for the desired item on our storefront.
6. Refunds Processing
We will notify you immediately via email once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned item to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take an additional three (3) to seven (7) business days for your banking institution or credit card company to process and post the refund credit back to your account statement.
